WITH YOUR SAFETY IN MIND, OUR STUDIOS ARE TEMPORARILY CLOSED
While we were hoping to continue to provide you a place to relax and relieve some stress from the COVID-19 news, we cannot do so at the expense of social responsibility. We have decided to temporarily close all our studios, and cancel our @Home services and LYMBR @Work on-site corporate wellness service. We will continue to monitor and follow all guidelines to do our part to keep our communities safe and will re-open when advised.
QUESTIONS ABOUT PACKAGES AND MEMBERSHIPS
Expiration dates for unexpired single sessions and packages will be extended so when we re-open you have at least the same amount of time left to use your sessions as when we closed on March 16.
- All memberships will be frozen as of midnight, March 16.
- SHOULD YOU WISH TO KEEP YOUR MEMBERSHIP ACTIVE TO HELP US DURING THIS CHALLENGING TIME, PLEASE EMAIL STEVE@BELYMBR.COM. Once we re-open, you may choose which month(s) in the future you wish to have us waive your membership payment(s). If you continue your membership for one month, we will grant you one month of waived payment, if 2 months we will grant 2 months of waived payments. Under this plan, you are pre-paying for future months.
- Unused sessions from your current month membership will be held and given a 1 year expiration date.
- Once our studios have re-opened under normal operating hours as published on our website, we will resume memberships on their original contract date.
