GREENWICH STUDIO TEAM

Our team is comprised of genuinely gifted hands. Learn more about our amazing therapists.

Gigi

Stretch Therapist

Gigi partakes in different types of activities to keep her fitness journey fun and enjoyable. She enjoys going to the gym and doing hot yoga, and Pilates.

Her interest in personal wellness put LYMBR at the top of her list in terms of post-graduate jobs.

In her free time, Gigi enjoys anything dealing with the arts, such as visiting museums, going to plays/musicals, and going to concerts.

Gigi holds a bachelor’s in Exercise Science and a minor in psychology from Sacred Heart University. She is also CPR certified. Gigi’s interest in helping others meet their wellness goals makes her an ideal stretch therapist.

In terms of LYMBR stretches, Gigi enjoys the oblique double-leg pelvic tilt stretch for her lower back. This stretch leaves her feeling pain-free and agile, especially after a workout.

Gigi’s chronic low back pain encouraged her to look into the musculature that causes it. This knowledge makes her an ideal therapist for people who also suffer from low back pain.

Lilli

Stretch Therapist

As a wellness enthusiast and lifelong dancer, Lilli has always been passionate about the benefits of stretching.

She discovered Lymbr at a community event and has been hooked since, due to its ability to relieve low back pain and neck tension!

Lilli obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and is a self-proclaimed foodie.

When not in the studio, Lilli loves cooking, working out at the gym, taking dance classes (her favorite is Irish!), staying up-to-date on nutrition research, and yoga.

Lilli’s favorite stretch is the pectoralis minor which is great for opening the chest and making you feel invincible!

LYMBR Pre-natal Certified.

Andrea

Stretch Therapist

After many years away from the academic world, Andrea decided that it was time to fully lean into her health and wellness zest for life!

She has been an athlete most of her life (an avid runner since high school) as well as a former reflexologist. She chose to continue her passion for fitness in other areas six years ago.

She has certifications in unconventional training methods such as steel mace, body weight, and striking (also referred to as boxing).

Andrea is currently enrolled at Norwalk Community College to finish her degree in Exercise Science. She also holds certifications in CPR and first aid for infants, children, & adults.

Andrea’s favorite Lymbr stretch is the rhomboid/levator scapula stretch. This helps her reach peak performance when she’s swinging her mace! It enables her to reach her full range of motion in overhead swings and alleviates any stiffness in her scapula.

She is LYMBR Pre-Natal Certified.

Elizabeth

Stretch Therapist

As a mom, Liz believes that LYMBR is an amazing way to get your flexibility back after having children. She is always moving and says it’s a great way to recover or increase performance.

Her favorite ways to get healthy include; the gym, soccer, hiking, and chasing after her toddler. With a mom and fitness lifestyle, Liz believes that nutrition and mindfulness are essential to fuel the body.

Liz’s favorite areas to get stretched are her glutes and hip flexors as giving birth really tenses up those areas and moves the pelvis out of alignment. Liz has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Bridgeport in Health Science: Exercise Science. LYMBR Pre-Natal Certified.

Domenique

Stretch Therapist

Domenique joined LYMBR because she enjoys being active, learning new things, and helping people. She believes LYMBR is the perfect place to start her journey in the health and wellness field.

Growing up she tried every sport possible, but stuck with soccer until high school. Since then she’s been going to the gym to keep herself active and enjoys boxing or pilates most. She’s excited to connect with her clients and learn from them as well.

Domenique enjoys getting her hip flexors stretched most since it helps alleviate back pain. She graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science.

Emir

Stretch Therapist

Emir is a lifelong athlete, playing all sports but primarily soccer. He’s been playing since he could walk! Emir loves spending time outdoors and staying active. He is a big believer in stretching and focusing on recovery as well as performance-enhanced training.

Emir received his degree in Biology from Iona University. While in school he joined the Biology and Finance Clubs and was Captain and Vice President of Men’s Club Soccer.

He enjoys traveling and has been to 8 countries so far. Emir loves being outdoors and will often spend his time in the sun. He thinks being outdoors and active is a vital way to relieve stress and simply enjoy life.

Emir believes LYMBR is a great way to begin or continue focusing on the well-being of your body. His favorite LYMBR stretch is the hip flexor stretch. These areas get tight fast and feel amazing after stretching them.

Nataliia

Stretch Therapist

Nataliia brings a holistic approach to wellness with her deep-rooted passion for yoga and the human body. With 14 years of personal yoga experience passed down through her family, she embodies a commitment to mind-body connection.

Nataliia’s fascination with neuroscience and holistic nutrition underscores her dedication to a well-rounded lifestyle.

Despite holding a law degree, she chose to pursue her calling as a wellness advocate.

As a yoga teacher, she finds joy in sharing the transformative power of LYMBR’s double-arm horizontal pec stretch, which opens the heart center, symbolizing her belief in holistic well-being.

Heather

Stretch Therapist

Heather has had an interest in health from a young age. She would interrogate her kinesiologist with endless questions and took elective science classes throughout her education.

Heather chose to work at LYMBR because she is passionate about wellness. Not only physical wellness but also a healthy state of mind. The mind-body connection is essential to Heather. Through stretching, you become in tune with your body, aware of where your body holds tension, how this affects your mind, and vice versa. Stretching helps you release physical tension and emotional pain built up in your body over time.

Heather studied and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a focus on Biology and Behavior and a minor in Health and Society.

Heather has worked with children as an ABA behavioral therapist and also has her certification as a Yoga Instructor.

Heather enjoys practicing yoga, resistance training, HITT classes, reformer pilates, and cycling. She also continuously learns about how to care for and heal your body through food. Feel free to ask if you ever need a tip or want advice. She also enjoys reading books on life, philosophy, and spirituality.

Heather’s favorite LYMBR stretch is the proximal vastus lateralis quad stretch because as someone who spends a lot of time with weight in her legs during workouts, it not only feels great but also makes sure to keep the muscle lengthened and ready for what’s next!

Heather wants you to feel at peace and prepared for whatever comes to you. She likes to laugh and loves conversation but has no problem letting you be in your own space during the session.

Expect to feel calm, collected, and confident after a session with Heather.

Rachel

Stretch Therapist

After working many years as a physical therapy technician, Rachael has spent a lot of time learning and understanding bodies as well as injuries of all types. Along the way she has seen how each individual recovers differently and how important it is for a treatment plan or a recovery routine to be tailored specifically to someone’s needs.

LYMBR has taught her even more about how the body functions as a whole and how important it is to be consistent. Some of her favorite stretches are the upper trapezius stretch and back rotation, just to name a few.

Rachael holds a Bachelor’s in Sport and Leisure Management with an Exercise Science concentration from Eastern Connecticut State University. She obtained her Personal Training Certification through ACE, and is a Certified Golf Fitness Specialist and Functional Training Specialist. LYMBR Pre-Natal Certified.

Ash is a Houston native, born in Lebanon, with 6 years of gymnastics/competitive cheer, group fitness, and yoga/yoga sculpt teaching.

Her passion for stretching dives deep with a long history of gymnastics. Ash is dedicated to structuring the most tailored stretch for each of her clients.
