*IMPORTANT NOTE* Please ignore all references to our UES studio while booking. Hamptons is an extension of our UES studio, but you are booking a Hamptons session.

Pricing applies to our Hamptons studio.

You may apply your regular LYMBR studio sessions to a Hamptons session with a $20 add-on for a 30 minute session, and $40 for 60 minute session.
You will pay at check-out.

Sessions may be booked in 30 or 60-min increments.
Single Sessions and 3 hour package expire 30 days from purchase.

5 hour package expires 45 days of purchase.
Memberships auto-renew monthly on the purchase date. We require 30-day written notice to hamptons@belymbr.com cancel.
You may cancel your purchase and receive a full refund of unused stretches if your request is made by midnight of the fifth business day following your purchase, excluding holidays when the studio is closed.
Packages and memberships may not be shared.

LYMBR @HOME

LYMBR @Home is our private in-home service available in select LYMBR studio markets.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR SESSION

We encourage you to attend your stretching session in loose-fitting pants and shirt to allow for better, guided movement with your therapist. Please wear socks during your session. If you wish to change prior to your session then we recommend that you arrive 10 minutes earlier to allow time to change clothing and check-in.

A LYMBR session is built in three stages. During the first few minutes, your therapist will assess your goals and any physical limitations. Next your therapist will guide you through a series of stretches based on your assessment. This will be the majority of your session time. To conclude the session your therapist may recommend a personalized stretching program, self-stretching technique or both.

A late arrival may result in less time for your session as we have to be mindful of our next guest’s appointment.
